Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
Spam is defined as any unsolicited electronic communication to another party via the Internet. This includes E-mail, Newsgroups, IRC (Internet Relay Chat), FTP, and any other method of unsolicited communication. Even in the case of solicited mass communication we require any senders of such information to include information for unsubscribing and removal from the list. Don't involve us in Spam. If you are one of our resellers do not advertise our services or opportunity via Spam.
Spam is not tolerated among users of the Internet. We will pursue those that use our name, or resources to Spam in any way, shape, or form. This type of activity causes damage to the companies involved and all of the companies that we deal with are ready to bend over backward to help us catch spammers and make them stop.
Any impact of Spam Marketing that is felt by us will be dealt with in the following ways:
Blacklisting: When you are caught Spamming, you will be blacklisted. This means your name will be submitted to any appropriate entities, including law enforcement, and you will not be allowed to sell or resell any of our products or services. You will be removed from any of our programs of which you are a member.
Forfeiture of Commission: All commissions you may have received will be forfeited upon being caught Spamming. In plain language, this means you will have to pay us back any money we paid you earlier.
Fine: We also will assess a $1,000 fine to help cover any losses that we may experience from Spamming.
Specifications:
o Use of any name owned by Champ Amigo Network, to engage in the activities of unsolicited electronic communication is prohibited.
o Use of any Champ Amigo Network owned resources for the creation or proliferation of unsolicited electronic communications is prohibited.
o No reselling of our services and products by the use of unsolicited electronic communications is allowed.
o No use of software, services, or other third party solutions to market anything related to us with unsolicited electronic communications.
o No use of our name or resources or properties in any activity that is illegal in any way. This includes both Federal and State law regarding Spam, or unsolicited electronic communications.
o Don't try to weasel around this. Anything that damages our company is covered in this directive.
o Champ Amigo believes in a policy of no-censorship, either to or from our systems, UNLESS the information transmitted is illegal or is clearly used for fraud.

Other Items of Internet use; Security:
Security: Champ Amigo Network actively and automatically monitors all of our systems for attempts at breaching our security, the security of our customers, and attempts to access systems or resources that are not available for customers to use or access. This is commonly known as "hacking or "cracking".Any attempt to access or modify unauthorized computer system information or to interfere with normal system operations, whether on the equipment of Champ Amigo Network or of any computer system or network that is accessed by our services, will result in immediate and permanent cancellation of your account and may also lead to other legal proceedings against you.
User Transmitted Content:You are solely responsible for the information you publish over the Internet, either via e-mail, Netnews, your personal web pages, or other service. You must not infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy. You must not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation. You must not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing. The information you transmit should not be obscene or contain child pornography or any otherwise illegal pornographic or indecent material. The information you transmit must not intentionally contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
Unlawful Usage: Champ Amigo Network'snetwork of information services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any federal, state or local regulation is prohibited. This includes copyrighted material, material judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret.
Privacy: While every attempt is made to keep all information passing to and from our systems, and to and from our customers private, you must assume that any information you transmit or receive may not be private. Champ Amigo Network does not monitor or record normal usage of our systems. However, Champ Amigo Network will fully cooperate with any authority in investigation of illegal activity and may turn over logs and records upon receipt of proper orders or subpoenas. The Electronic Communications Act of 1986 and the Telecommunications Act of 1998 contains important privacy and confidentiality information. Responsible Usage: : We exercise no control over the content of the information passing through our systems; we only provide access. You must take responsibility for your actions on our system and the systems you access through us. You must comply with whatever rules or Acceptable Usage Policies that are appropriate for the systems you access.
If you are offended by information you find on any system, it is your responsibility to avoid whatever you find offensive. You must take responsibility for the statements you make in e-mail, chat, discussion forums, and Usenet newsgroups. If you violate any of Champ Amigo Network's usage policies by your actions, whether intentional or unintentional, endanger our systems or another network's systems from another provider, company or individual, Champ Amigo Network may suspend your access at any time, without prior notice. Champ Amigo Network's management is the final and sole judge of whether any abuse or violations has occurred.
Public Reviews:If you post a public review on Champ Amigo Network you agree to have Champ Amigo Network either post the review or not - according to the discretion of Champ Amigo Network. You further agree to allow Champ Amigo Network to edit the review as we see fit. Champ Amigo Network will not subject itself to any blatant misuse of this privilege to get "THE TRUTH" out to the public. You further agree to hold harmless Champ Amigo Network, its partners, affiliates, entities or individuals that have a legal interest in this Web site or any Web site linked to us, from any editing that is done on your review and or whether or not it is posted. Those that read the public reviews also agree to subject themselves to the same.
